The César Chávez Academy Middle School (CCAMS) School Improvement Model is a modified Continuous Improvement model. Data is analyzed, students are assessed to determine their needs and instruction is differentiated. Every teacher at CCAMS is provided with test data (district, school, grade level and classroom). Every teacher is required to review that data and assist in the writing of school level and grade level goals related to student achievement. In addition, each teacher identifies individual student achievement goals.
